Indy Men have month to forget. Winning 1 match, and losing another 4. The team's winless record on the road extends after 3 attempts in July. McAuley will look to right the ship in August.

Roster Updates - Men

Indy Eleven signs defender Nabi Kibunguchy. The Sacramento, California native represents Kenya - where he made his debut on November, 2023.

He last played for Singaporean Club Hougang United, scoring 3 goals in 24 apps.

He was drafted by Minnesota United 18th overall in 2021, where he signed a professional contract and played for the Republic - making his professional debut.

Kibunguchy made his MLS debut for the Loons in 2022 after his spell at Sacramento - starting 4 matches for Minnesota. Also worth noting, Kibunguchy played for Sarasota Paradise in their final League Two season back in 2025. He was on the bench for the Paradise’s 2-1 US Open Cup loss to FC Naples.

If May and June saw the team as a possible contender for a home playoff spot, July saw those hopes dissipate. Scoring 3 goals all month won’t cut it. With 2 of goals coming against Charleston after a red card, and the 3rd coming in garbage time at San Antonio.

When it looked like Indy was turning a corner defensively, the offense hit a brick wall. Then the defense became a problem again. In June the defense gave up only 1 goal. In July it was 9. Before the July 31st match against San Antonio, the last non-red card goal from the team came on June 1st against Rhode Island.

Men’s Player of the Month - Cam Lindley

There wasn’t much to celebrate in July, but Cam’s work rate was evident. Playing as a deep-laying playmaker, the midfielder’s experience was evident. His ability to slow things down was noticeable, and his crosses into the box was ever dangerous. Shame the team wasn’t able to convert on the many many corners and free kicks off of Lindley. Cam’s defensive efforts also matchup with his ability to create chances. Dropping back and picking up vital interceptions, helping to spring counter attacks.

Prediction for July from July update: Loss, Win, Draw, Win, Win - 10 points. Welp. I was VERY wrong. 3 points instead of 10. How the mood has changed ever so quickly for this team in a span of a month.
Prediction for August: Draw, Win, Loss, Loss - 4 points. Indy gets their first win on the road against a baddd Jacksonville team, but contiune to struggle to score goals. A draw against Hartford is feasible, but rival Louisville will be tough for this squad. Then a road trip to Phoenix? Yeah I am not expecting much for August.

Indy Eleven - Women

Reese Sochacki was listed as a W-League Central Conference Standout for her performance in the 2026 USL-W season. The forward notched 6 goals, and was one of 8 players recognized from the conference for their performances.
